Healthy Coping Habits & Emotional Wellbeing for 2025 with Dr. Carmen Jones
The Power of the Mind-Body Connection

This session is an invitation to come home to yourself.

Through hands-on learning, story-sharing, grounding practices, and a deep dive into the science of neuroplasticity, we’ll explore how the mind and body work together to support (or block) our healing. Together, we’ll reclaim emotional balance, rewire limiting thoughts, and reconnect to ancestral wisdom, bridging ancient healing with modern understanding.

You’ll learn:

  • How neurotransmitters shape mood, thoughts, and physical health
  • Tools for retraining the brain and calming the nervous system
  • How to gently shift shadow thoughts and feed the “right wolf”
  • Indigenous teachings that support mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing
  • Grounding techniques using our senses to restore presence and safety

  • Guided meditation to reconnect with your inner child’s emotional needs
