- 10am – Doors Open
- 10:15am – 10:30am – Opening Remarks with Chief Gary Batton
- 10am – 4pm – Informational Booths Open
- 10am–4pm – Choctaw and Irish Vendors Open
- 10:30am–4:30pm – Live Demonstrations: Choctaw Silversmithing, blacksmithing, etc.
- 10am–5pm – Silent Auction is open for bidding
- 10:30am–11am – Children’s Activity: Clay Coin Stamp (while supplies last)
- 10:30am–11am – Choctaw Irish Relationship Presentation
- 11am–11:30am – Choctaw Storytelling
- 11:30am–12pm – Curator Talk: Choctaw and Irish Relationship
