Choctaw-Irish Friendship Fest

Friday March 14

10:00 AM  –  5:00 PM

In 1847, the Choctaw people learned about the potato famine in Ireland and raised $174 to assist the Irish. This act of selfless generosity sparked an unlikely friendship between the Choctaw Nation and Ireland. Join us for family fun on March 14 and 15, 2025, as we celebrate our ongoing bond during the annual Choctaw-Irish Friendship Fest.

This is included with admission to the Choctaw Cultural Center.

Admission is complimentary for Choctaw tribal members and Cultural Center members.
